Personal Data elements collected/processed
We collect your personal data such as valid ID proof, Educational Details, PAN, Photograph, Resume, Date of Birth, Gaps in education, Gaps in Work Experience, Work Experience, Current City, Phone Number, Email Address, and any other information required to process your job application.
Purpose of collection/processing
Your personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of evaluating your candidature for employment opportunities at KodePilot, communicating with you regarding your application status, and for any other recruitment-related activities.
Legal basis for processing
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, and/or for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and/or for compliance with a legal obligation to which KodePilot is subject.
Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data will be retained for a period of 3 years for any future reference, in case you are not shortlisted or do not join the organization. If you do not provide consent for extended retention, your data will be retained for a period of 14 months before deletion.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Sharing of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with our affiliates, subsidiaries, recruitment partners, and hiring managers for the purpose of evaluating your candidature. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by KodePilot's Terms of Use. These Terms are a binding contract between you and KodePilot.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services.
Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. KodePilot reserves the right to reject any application if information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
Restrictions
You shall not misuse KodePilot's services, engage in data mining or harvesting, or use the platform in any way that is damaging to KodePilot or contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and materials on KodePilot are proprietary property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
